Sold Stuff

It's been four long years, but Farney House, the glassy Hamptons spread designed in 1946 by architecture legend Philip Johnson, has sold for $24M, $11M less than its original 2009 ask. That price is not all thanks to design pedigree, either: the purchase includes 3.6 acres of oceanfront property with 363 feet of beach frontage. [Curbed Hamptons]
