The Old Snowmass ranch belonging to the ex-wife of hot dog mogul John Galardi that we covered back in early June just sold at auction for $12.4 million. Whoever ended up with Meanwhile Ranch's 56 acres six-building complex got a hell of a deal. Galardi bought the ranch in 2004 for $15 million, and in the years after he put it on the market in 2007, the list price swung between $20 and $35 million. The only info we know about the buyer is that they are "an area investor," which gives us nothing. We'll be watching. Maybe Jeff Hildebrand bought it?
