For the fifth time in four years, gazillionaire Gavin Maloof has listed his Vegas estate, this time for $12M. Unsurprisingly, Maloof seems to have a similar taste to his sister, Real Housewives' Adrienne, though, considering how fast her hideous chateau sold, that may not be a bad thing.
