Justice Snow's in Aspen is the lucky recipient of two bouts of high praise this month. First, the July/August edition of Playboy named the bar, which sits in a downtown corner location inside the historic Wheeler Opera building, as the "Best High-Altitude Bar," and JustLuxe praised the bar's food and drink quality, both of which owe a lot to "lead libation liaison" Joshua-Peter Smith's exhaustive efforts for Justice Snow's bar program. Reviewers mentioned the 26-page Opening Statement bar novella, too. [Aspen Business Journal]
