This weekend Whistler's Bearfoot Bistro hosted the World Oyster Invitational and the Bloody Caesar Battle, celebrating the best of shellfish shucking and mixing of "Canada's cocktail." Eamon Clark of Rodney's Toronto won the award for best shucker (and a solid five g's of Canadian coin), while Scott Curry from Whistler's Alta Bistro won the award for best bloody.
