$18.5M is too much for most people to swallow, so the new issue of Vintage Magazine contains a build-at-home paper version of the slick Novogratz townhouse at 400 West Street in NYC. In real life, the house measures more than 7,100 square feet and has an indoor basketball court; in magazine stunt land, the blocky mansion has the word "FAMILY" scrawled on the side, no doubt a nod to the husband-and-wife decorating duo's famously large litter—and, perhaps, their rug designs for CB2. More paper architecture, right this way. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
