Despite having a pair of A-listers, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, as owners, this bohemian beachfront manse in Malibu took years to sell. First listed in the summer of 2011 for $14.75M, the oddly-styled Broad Beach spread was offered as a seasonal rental at a staggering $80K a month, but failed to find a permanent taker until now. The celebrity couple ended up settling for just $9.5M, a veritable pittance on Broad Beach, where a Frank Gehry-designed megamansion is currently up for sale for $58M. Still, the Hawn-Russell residence, completed in 2005, has plenty going for it, including four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a media room, a glass-walled great room, and a private sandy dune. Those deep-pocketed beach bums who missed out on this celebrity pad will be happy to know that director Steven Spielberg's Craftsman-style spread on Broad Beach is still available for rent for $125K a month.
