The .65 acre property was built in 1960 and has been on the market since May when it was listed for $500,000. Two meetings with the pricechopper have brought the ask down to $400,000.
? This Mashpee townhouse is located in New Seabury's Maushop Village. The 840 square foot 2BR, 1.5BA condo features ocean views and is close to both the private ocean beach and Market Place for shopping and dining. Yours for $399,000.
? Over on Nantucket, this 386 square foot 1BR, 1BA first floor condo is being sold partially furnished and features wood floors and a yard. The unit comes with one off street parking spot and is located close to Main Street in the Old Historic District. Asking price is $399,000.
? Finally, to a Vineyard Haven listing that's been bouncing on and off the market since 2008. The 4BR, 2BA first hit the market in October 2008 asking $530,000, but failed to lure a buyer even after two pricechops brought the ask down to $479,000. In February, the property became a FSBO listing and is now asking $395,000.
