Three days after taking home the claret jug—and a substantial cash purse—at the British Open, golfer Phil Mickelson has relisted his Rancho Santa Fe home and chopped the price yet again, down to $6.95M. Originally listed back in 2008 for $12M, the 9,500-square-foot Med-style mansion has bounced on and off the market and was last offered for $7.095M. The current asking price might be more than $5M less than he once hoped, but Mickelson shouldn't feel the pain too much with his $60M yearly take. The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread sits on 4.5 acres with a guest house, swimming pool, and, of course, a putting green.
