Creedence's John Fogerty Wants $23M for His L.A. Mansion

New, 17 comments

John Fogerty, the one-time frontman for the Hall-of-Fame rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival, is quietly shopping around his Beverly Hills mansion for $23M. Set on three acres along a gated cul-de-sac, the palatial house boasts nine bedrooms spread over 16,000 square feet, plus a two-story great room, a wine room, a library, a home theater, a four-car garage and a one-bedroom guest house. Fogerty, who continues to tour under his own name long after the acrimonious dissolution of CCR, seems to have done quite well for himself since his "Fortunate Son" days. Still, with his protest song history, it's not surprising that he's keeping this trophy estate off the MLS.
