The Farm, the celebrated restaurant owned by The Canyons, has rolled out a series of Thursday night mixology clinics called Crafted Cocktails. Each week, bartender Stefan Brutsch and manager Ryan Koemans will teach people how to make one classic cocktail and one cocktail custom to The Farm's mixology department.
