Susie Hilfiger, ex-wife of fashion icon Tommy Hilfiger, has put her Nantucket estate on the market. The price is a whopping $27 million, making it the island's second most expensive listing. The Hilfiger's, who divorced in 2000, purchased the Cliff property in 1996 for $4,600,000. Located in the posh Lincoln Circle area, "Point of View" has ten bedrooms, eight baths and 180-degree views over the Harbor, Jetties and Nantucket Sound. Last summer, Susie Hilfiger sued the decorator she'd hired to do up her Greenwich, Conn. and Nantucket homes for $1 million. According to the ex-Mrs., decorator Todd Alexander Romano duped her into paying "exceedingly high" prices for purchases he made for the job. How exceedingly high? The bill for the furniture and knickknacks came to $10 million. In turn, Romano, who is gay, responded in court papers that Susan Hilfger is a "known uncontrolled shopaholic" who sued because he wouldn't marry her. We've no idea where the lawsuit stands, but do check out the listing photos of the decor in question.
