The lead architect behind Los Angeles' 14-year-old Staples Center, Ron Turner, has decided to part with his longtime Malibu home, a three-bedroom glass-and-concrete spread he designed back in 2003. The LEED Silver-certified house enjoys a peek of at the ocean, an infinity swimming pool, plenty of ("low E insulated") glass walls. The 2,800-square-foot interior looks like a multi-level industrial loft, with exposed ductwork, corrugated metal, and bare concrete walls, which may not be to every potential buyer's liking. Listed for $2.25M, the "seismically resistive steel frame" house sits on just over an acre in the hills of Malibu.
