Though he spends much of his time living a quiet, modest (for an A-lister) life in Los Angeles, actor Vince Vaughn also owns some of the priciest and most desirable real estate in his hometown of Chicago. Most famously, there's the triplex penthouse atop the Palmolive Building, a spread that includes Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's former offices, that Vaughn had once listed for nearly $25M. Then there's this place, a three-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse that Vaughn is trying to lease out for $9,500 a month. In the past three years, he hasn't managed to find renters who will pay more than $7,000 monthly for the privilege of inhabiting his second choice Chicago pad, but it doesn't hurt to try, especially when the condo fees on that massive penthouse total more than $11K a month.
