Legendary musician Tom Petty's former Encino home, the one he was forced to rebuild in 1987 after an arsonist torched the previous iteration, has come up for sale for the first time, listed by his ex-wife, Jane Petty. Built in an indecipherable combination of styles, the 9,000-square-foot mansion is currently asking $3.58M, and includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a three-car garage, a swimming pool, a gym/yoga room, a media room, two side-by-side Viking ranges, and a master bathtub with fireplace and glass wall. The interiors are a bit of a mess, but then again, they're 26 years old at this point.
