Whistler's Alta Bistro is taking a leap of faith and signing up with a new company to serve three of its most popular wines from kegs. Alta's Eric Griffith says offering their Joie Farm, Painted Rock Estate Winery and Laughing Stock Vineyards wines from the tap keeps them fresh longer, makes them easier and quicker to serve, and cuts down on bottles, corks, and packaging.
