Mucinex Inventor Relists 800-Acre Colorado Ranch with Saloon

The pharmaceutical pioneer behind the cold medication Mucinex, John Q. Adams Sr., has relisted his 800-acre Colorado ranch, 10 miles from the ski resort at Steamboat Springs, for $24.25M. Adams first listed the property last year for $32.5M. Set in the foothills of the Park mountain range, the sprawling property is bisected by a trout stream and topped with an 8,000-square-foot mansion. Aside from a large barn, that mansion is joined by some unusual outbuildings, an "Old West" compound that includes a full-service saloon and guest lodging.
