North Lake Silver Project Re-Branded Under Stein Eriksen

The LA-based developer of the North Lake Silver project at Deer Valley will be branding the 54-unit residential development under the Stein Eriksen name, according to a recent article by the Park Record. Regent Properties will be calling the development the Stein Eriksen Residences, and hope their residential units, consisting of 38 luxury condos and 16 townhomes and single-family homes, will be an appealing option for visiting VIPs who might want more privacy than a hotel stay at the Stein Eriksen Lodge or Chateux Deer Valley might provide, while still having access to all the same amenities, including shuttle service and access to the Stein Eriksen Lodge spa.

Regent hopes to build their first model home at the North Silver Lake site by Christmas, and will build homes as parcels are sold. Construction of the condos, which will cover five separate buildings, will take 5-7 years. Earlier this summer, Deer Valley resident Lisa Wilson entered a bore of a race for City Council with her platform almost entirely consisting of her opposition to the North Lake Silver project, leveling charges of corruption at City Hall and bemoaning the back-hoeing of environmentally sensitive land. The project, which had lagged for years, got a one-year extension of its building permit in late July despite Wilson's opposition.
