Iraqi-born British architect Zaha Hadid has listed a pair of units at Miami Beach's W South Beach for $5.7M. The uncombined, adjacent units—a two-bedroom and a studio—are apparently not enough space for the prolific starchitect, who is said to be looking to upgrade to a larger unit in the building. Either that or she is clearing the way for a purchase in the new One Thousand Museum building, Hadid's first American skyscraper.
