Per the listing, the house has historic connections to the Shiverick Ship Builders (more on the Shiverick Shipyard here), but somehow we can't see that contributing to the rather hefty ask. Thus, it must be the four acre lot overlooking Sesuit Creek and marshlands that has the sellers asking $1,800,000, making this fourth priciest listing in all of East Dennis.
