This Cliff Road listing hit the market late last month asking $5,250,000. Less than a month later, the pricechopper has swung by and reduced the price by $255K. Now asking $4,995,000, it last changed hands in August 2012 for $2,450,000 and has since been completely renovated. The nip and tuck reconfigured and expanded the Nantucket property into a 5,800 square foot six bedroom with five and a half baths. We're not sure if there's any significance to the photo of Gregory Peck on the living room wall (he starred in Moby Dick...), but the late actor does seem to be popping up in listings for one reason or another these days. Beyond the 11 room main residence, there's a 30'x17' pool and a one bedroom cottage that's "fully equipped."
