After all that hubbub, it turns out Hallmark won't be filming their country western in Telluride after all. Hallmark upped the number of episodes it plans to film for "When Calls The Heart" from 6 to 13, at which point Colorado's $2.7 million offer wasn't enough to cover production expenses, forcing the producers to move shooting to Vancouver, British Columbia.
