Built in 1998, the four bedroom, three and a half bath sits on one acre that, according to the listing, includes over one hundred hydrangeas. As is fairly obvious from the holiday decor in a few of the listing photos (Santa next to the fireplace, naturally, and battle-ready Nutcrackers, guarding the pantry wine cooler), the property first hit the market in December 2012. The asking price back then was $1,595,000, but by April, the chopper had plucked $95K from the price tag. The most recent reduction beings the ask down to $1,450,000.
