Students at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands have designed a 480-square-foot interactive apartment that, with a complex rigging of thin pocket walls and collapsable chairs and tables, can transform from a large studio space into a multi-room apartment. Desks slip and unfold from behind walls, dining chairs curl from the periphery, and bedrooms are created with a push of a button. It's all a little complicated to explain, so do check out the video.
