Park City Mountain Resort's lead lawyer mentioned this week that Talisker may have violated the terms of the lease PCMR signed with them for use of their land for ski trails. Alan Sullivan said in district court that Talisker may have violated PCMR's right of first refusal for operation of The Canyons after Talisker signed a 50-year lease with Vail Resorts to run the resort. The primary lawsuit between PCMR and Talisker concerns whether two 2011 leases were renewed properly. [Park Record]
