$2.6 Million Nantucket Beach House Quickly Finds a Buyer

New, 1 comment

Another day, another Nantucket listing in contract the second it debuts on the market. This new construction upside down home was listed on Monday for $2,595,000 and had an accepted offer by Tuesday (h/t Great Point Properties blog). So what lured a buyer so quickly to the Surfside beach house, which isn't actually on the beach? Per the listing, the ocean view four bedroom with four full and two half baths has "all that a discriminating buyer could ask for." We'll let the brokerbabble break it down, but first, the listing photos:

Gourmet kitchen, Open floor plan, Reclaimed white oak flooring throughout, Central AC, Vaulted ship lapped ceilings, Indoor gas fireplace, Exquisite custom tile, Gorgeous lighting fixtures, Alarm system, Sonos music system, beautiful landscaping, Outdoor shower, Over sized unfinished basement ready to be customized and rough plumbed for a full bathroom, Multiple ship lapped areas.
Outside, there are multiple decks, a blue stone patio, a landscaped yard, and HDC approved plans for a pool. · Listing: 10 Irving Street, Nantucket [J Pepper Frazier Real Estate]
