This week Chicago Mag runs through the reasons why the beloved Ferris Bueller house, recently relisted for $1.5M ($150K less than what the owners wanted in 2011) is struggling to find a buyer, despite its Internet popularity: the interiors need updating, the house is two separate structures—"what do you do: split the family between the two buildings?"—and, like many modernist structures, the glassy home is hard to keep warm.
