Something is certainly setting this house apart. Or, rather, somethings, which include: pea green paint (also featured prominently in one of the bathrooms), a ceiling fan shaped like a huge leaf, and wall-to-wall carpeting. That fireplace in the corner sure is doing a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to the elegance and refinement.
