Screenwriter Craig Thomas, creator of How I Met Your Mother, has dropped $6.6M on a Manhattan apartment, buying the duplex from someone with the last name Novogratz. Despite the many, many NYC homes listed for sale by the decorating duo Cortney and Bob Novogratz, the seller here is actually John Novogratz, Bob's brother. [NYO via Curbed NY]
