NYC—Hearst has announced the three designers participating in this year's Designer Visions showhouse: Alessandra Branca will design an apartment for Elle Decor, Jamie Drake, for House Beautiful—no surprise, given the magazine's obsession with color—and Carlos Aparicio, for Veranda.
