We wrote about this Woods Hole village property a few weeks ago when the place was asking $1,500,000. The circa 1860 Victorian had already taken three meetings with the pricechopper, having hit the market in September 2012 with a $1,800,000 price tag. Alas, a fourth slice has been deemed necessary and, per the listing, Woods Hole waterfront and walkability is now "Priced to sell!" The 3,201 square foot residence, plus dock on Eel Pond and waterside studio, are now hoping for $1,300,000. Were the November, May, June, and September slices - totaling $500K- enough, or will the chopper need to swing through yet again?
