A couple weeks back, we wrote about a wacky Wellfleet contemporary that had just taken a fourth meeting with the pricechopper and was down to $399,000. For better or for worse, both properties are chock-full of eclectic '70s style. That said, the relatively low asking prices (as far as Wellfleet goes) might convince buyers to bring groovy back to real estate, you know?
