Officials at Cockaigne Ski Resort in New York have reported the theft of more than $5,000 worth of snowmaking equipment. Thieves took off with 8 feet of snowmaking pipe and a snow gun sometime in the last week. Assuming that the thieves actually know what they've stolen and intend to use it, this act can't garner any favors with the snow gods.
