Kid Rock Lists His 'Tropical Sanctuary' and 'Balinese Oasis'

Here's Kid Rock's home in Malibu, which is newly on the market for $13.45M. According to The Real Estalker, owning the netherworld where rap, country, and rock collide has paid off: the musician purchased the estate in 2006 for $11.6M, shelling out for a 8,305-square-foot main house, a guest house, a pool, and, best of all, a "vine-draped nook." Kid Rock's not in Kansas Detroit anymore, he's in the ritzy enclave of Point Dume—where T-shirt titan James Perse just bought a place—and the fact of the matter is that properties lacking vine-draped nooks aren't even worth a second look.

Naturally, the brokerbabble has just about every brokerbabble cliché out there: it is an "ultimate", "refined," and "exquisitely designed" "tropical sanctuary." Do have a look:
