As its name might suggest, the Swiss chain restaurant Not Guilty, designed with quite the celestial blueprint in mind by German interior designer Ippolito Fleitz, specializes in ultra-healthy cuisine. His mission, Fleitz explains, was to create "a little heaven on earth" and "[inspire] those within to delight in the harmony of nature."
The bright, clean restaurant certainly joins the growing ranks of the swankiest fast-food joints on Earth, with delicate white trees sprouting up through wooden communal tables, a sleekly designed salad bar, and other elements clearly geared toward women (pink walls and upholstery, bubble-letter graphics, and some Pinterest-esque wall art).
