The Skinny: Former Dell chief financial officer Tom Meredith bought this 612 (give or take)-acre party ranch on the banks of Montana's Big Blackfoot River around 15 years ago in a "complicated transaction," and has now listed it for $15M. The property's two main buildings—a 5,000-square-foot log mansion with four beds and four-and-a-half baths, and a 4,300-square-foot clubhouse with a catering kitchen and hand-carved bar—were constructed over the course of five years. Other buildings contained within the estate include a 100-year-old restored barn with a full kitchen and stage, and a horse stable. And if all of this seems too good to leave behind, that's because it is. Meredith also has a backup ranch on the Big Blackfoot, which he has on the market for $7.5M. He plans to keep whichever one doesn't sell first.
