After having a decision on their rezoning application tabled for another city council meeting today, developers of the proposed East Second Street apartment complex in Whitefish have pulled their application with the intent to rework it. The controversial development, which seeks to build up to 143 units including many affordable housing units, has come down in size multiple times, and has drawn the ire of neighbors wary of out-of-character density and traffic.
