Landmark PTown Commercial Property Now Hoping for $900K

Back in 2012, Provincetown's iconic Shop Therapy and Spank the Monkey moved their headquarters from 344-346 Commercial Street over to 286 Commercial Street - where they continue as one of the Cape's best spots for bizarre, weird and WTF shopping. The shop therapists then opened Lola Love in their original storefront spread, but in November 2013, 344-346 Commercial Street hit the market for $999,000. Alas, just two months later, the circa 1890 commercial listing has met with the pricechopper and is now hoping for $899,000. As is often the case with commercial listings, the brokerbabble uses a fair share of inside baseball acronyms:

This real estate offering is located in the TCC zone, allowing a multitude of commercial uses including the possibility of some limited food service. Some applications may require an EDC permit. The property is currently configured as two separate spaces, each with its own entrance and Commercial Street frontage. The spaces are approximately 3,200 +/- square feet and 1,800 +/- square feet each. There an artful stone facade on part of the structure, a deck above one shop and a large roof deck on the top of the building. So, Curbed readers, what would you like to see in this landmark locale?
