The Wall Street Journal just published a piece on what the future holds for the former Bayview Correctional Facility—a women's prison in NYC that's been unoccupied due to Hurricane Sandy damage. Though the prime locale has garnered interest for some time now, cramped interiors and the state's refusal of any residential bids might make this a tricky sale.
