Fashion Designer Naeem Khan's NYC Airy Loft Wants $9.4M

New, 3 comments

While a peek inside the stylish personal pads of the fashion elite is always a thrill, finding one for sale is all that much better. So rejoice all, because the fab NYC apartment belonging to one Naeem Khan—a fashion designer favored by socialites and Michelle Obama alike—is on the market for $9.4M.

Recently featured on Arch Digest's blog, the luxe condo spans a full floor and measures in about 3,500 square feet—enough for two bedrooms and a ridiculous amount of living space that the brokerbabble promises to "be the setting for a fabulous large scale party or a very intimate gathering." There are also 13-foot-ceilings, hardwood floors, and what looks to be some lovely natural light. Right now, the decor looks appropriately on-point with Khan's high fashion tastes—with a bubble lamp, chic gray seating, elegant and spare dining room, and what might be the coolest custom kitchen cabinetry of all time, wood with a pale-green patinated-copper finish.
