Rob Katz, the CEO of Vail Resorts, is scheduled to answer questions next week during depositions for the lawsuit between Park City Mountain Resort and Talisker. Katz was one of the key figures involved in negotiating a 2013 agreement that led to the Vail operation of the Canyons Resort.
