Remember that super lush Fifth Avenue mansion rumored to have sold for $75M to Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich? Well, that deal fell through earlier this year, and now the mansion—grand ballroom, library, and reception rotunda and all—is on the rental market asking a very nonchalant $150K a month. Back in January, the owner, heiress Angelika Ivanc, chickened out and rejected the mind-boggling offer from Abramovich, one that would utterly obliterate the city's current record for biggest co-op sale ever. Now, however, Ivanc is hoping to rent out the mansion as she "spends a couple of years with her kids in Europe."
