Feast Your Eyes on Cape Cod's New Most Expensive Condo

New, 3 comments

Cape Cod has hundreds of condos on the market, but just 21 of them are asking over $1 million. As for price tags over $2 million, well, there are only two listings with such hefty asks. Not surprisingly, both of those units are in the same posh Harwich Port complex where we last found a really pricey pad with a blockbuster asking price. While that Restoration Hardware-filled abode has since sold, there's a new Restoration Hardware-filled spread on the market that, much like its predecessor, is in search of a very deep-pocketed buyer with the urge for condo living.

Obviously, this isn't one of those motel-to-condo conversions. The waterfront property is chock-full of awesome amenities, for the owners and their staff. Per the listing:

Spectacular Wychmere Shores waterfront resort living at its finest! Breathtaking water views of the harbor and Nantucket Sound from every room this home offers all the amenities of a first class beach club inclusive of private beach, tennis, 2 in ground pools, outdoor bar, beach grill, playground for kids and fitness room for the adults. Built in 2007 this 5319 sq. ft. open floor plan condo offers 4 bedrooms 5 full baths and 2 half baths, gourmet kitchen, pantry, upper walkout deck, third floor conveniences for Nanny. Included with this unit is membership to the beach club and tennis club. Step outside to your private pergola with stone and wood imported from Belgium. Just a short walk to Harwich Port Village, restaurants and shopping this condo offers an unsurpassed waterfront Cape Cod lifestyle....That's right, no basement hovel for Nanny, only the finest. Naturally, the asking price matches all of the above and comes in at a none-too-shy $3,600,000. Considering that Unit 2 didn't get its original $4,350,000 request, but did manage to snag a tidy $3,500,000, the price for Unit 11 seems rather, umm, reasonable.
