What/Where: 4BR, 3.5BA in Provincetown
Square Feet: 2,212
Acreage: .19
The Skinny: We're headed to Provincetown for this week's asking price guessing game. For better or worse, most of the original detail in this circa 1820 Cape was removed many owners ago. The current sellers have recently renovated and there's now a "living/entertaining space that includes a chef's kitchen, dining room that opens up to a large treed patio, wood burning fireplace, custom built-ins, and DuChateau floors with radiant heating." The first floor also has a private suite with its own entry. Upstairs, there are views of Cape Cod Bay and Long Point from the master suite, as well as from one of the two additional bedrooms. The iconic abode is "located across from the beach and steps to the Gallery District." Outside, there's parking for three, lush gardens and a patio. Any idea how much the PTown charmer might be asking?
