1920s Bungalow is Basically Unrecognizable Post-Renovation

New, 10 comments

Filed under extreme makeovers: this 1920s Californian bungalow in the Sydney, Australia suburb of Kensington went from your run-of-the-mill neighborhood house to a house that is, well, as suave as California in the 1920s. This dramatic transformation from CplusC Architectural Workshop actually addressed the entire first level of the building. While the front of the house was opened up for more bedrooms, the back now juggles kitchen, living, dining areas in one open-plan space. The renovation also introduced plenty of Cypress Pine to the structure, mostly seen in that alluring new batten screen on the front façade.
