Two years ago, this Victorian stunner in San Francisco was a decrepit Baptist church, its lovely 19th-century bones covered up by a wooden entryway. Still, developers took a chance on the place, buying it for $1.4M, completing a pretty unbelievable renovation, and tossing it back on the market for $5.875M. Curbed SF calls it "our absolute favorite flip of the year." Have a look. [Curbed SF]
