New York's priciest co-op is an $80M Upper East Side spread recently purchased by Ukranian billionaire Leonard Blavatnik. Blavatnik is something of a fixture in the opulent NYC real estate scene, having bought up the city's widest mansion ($31.25M), a palatial Fifth Avenue apartment ($27M), and a 64th Street townhouse ($51M). The purchase bests the city's previous co-op record, a $71.3M manse on Park Ave. All the details, over at Curbed NY. [Curbed NY]
