So just how much is a six-bedroom in the Cape Cod National Seashore, close enough to "hear the roar of the waves," asking? Curbed voters handed the gold to the priciest possibility of $1,775,000, the silver to the actual $1,499,000 ask and the bronze to $1,675,000.
