The two Oscar Winners, who recently reunited after successfully nurturing the "lovely orchid" of their marriage, have replanted it 3 miles away, in a similarly traditional home that's nearly twice as big.
The deal for Lionwalk, which was presumably named that for the lion statues flanking the front walk, closed in the end of September, according to Zillow. The renovated 15,458-square-foot home dates back to 1895, and comes on 13 acres with "fine equestrian facilities" and a "Lord & Burnham greenhouse." It was last lasted for $12.75M.
