Looks like it's time to update our list of the Best Ski Town Breweries, because Steamboat Springs just got not one, but two brand new spots for suds. Butcherknife Brewing just opened a 4,000-square-foot brewery and tap room on Elk River Road and Colorado natives opened Storm Peak Brewing on Lincoln Avenue west of town. More details, over here.
